We have extensive experience in review and drafting of agreements for construction projects. We have prepared agreements under many different construction scenarios, including Design-Build, EPC, Fast Track, and conventional Design-Bid-Build projects. The firm's attorneys are familiar with the public bidding statutes and requirements, including bid contests, representing both public entities and contractors seeking to do business with public entities. Additionally, the firm has represented numerous clients in arbitration, mediation and litigation arising from construction projects in both state and federal court. We also have broad experience in surety and insurance issues related to construction project, including obtaining a jury verdict of over one-half million dollars against a bonding agent.

Gillingham Construction, Inc. v. Newby-Wiggins Construction, Inc., 142 Idaho 15 (2005), and 136 Idaho 887 (2002) – Represented subcontractor in claims for extra work compensation.

Bott v. Idaho State Bldg. Auth., 122 Idaho 471 (1992), after remand, 128 Idaho 580 (1996) – Represented owner in claims brought by terminated architectural firm.
